Fantastic and ideal hotel, accommodating staff. Well prepared breakfast with lots of good food. Their service was very good. Peaceful location of the property, so close to the restaurants, local areas and the centre / Brixham / Paignton.

I had a very positive experience here, everything was very good, the location was perfect so close to Paignton, Brixham, Dartmouth, Teignmouth, Dawlish and even Dartmoor, rail station and bus route and the shops and restaurants are.

The location turned out to be particularly good and unbeatable. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Newton Road bus stop. I had a savoury and delicious breakfast with prunes and black pudding.
