The service was very good, including a well prepared breakfast with prunes and options for the healthy eaters. Booked the hotel for its peaceful location just next door to Torquay on a spontaneous weekend away as a couple, 

Fantastic and ideal hotel, accommodating staff. Well prepared breakfast with lots of good food. Their service was very good. Peaceful location of the property, so close to the restaurants, local areas and the centre / Brixham / Paignton.  

New-fashioned room, good bed, and tidy bathroom. Generous breakfasts with fab food.

Fine base for travelling to Torquay and exploring local places. Immaculate and inviting room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels.

We did not want to leave there and will be back. Had 4 nights in Torquay, spent our time here lovely. The staff was very helpful and solved our problems immediately. It was a prime and quiet location for us, just next door

We appreciated this hotel, it was gorgeous and fairly clean. Savoury and delicious breakfast for all tastes, and the staff was very welcoming! The service was great, nothing too much trouble.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars. Located 10 minutes' walk of the bus station.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

It has brilliant and magnificent location on the local area including the bus routes There are frequent buses running outside the B&B which allowed us to visit local areas.

I had a very positive experience here, everything was very good, the location was perfect so close to Paignton, Brixham, Dartmouth, Teignmouth, Dawlish and even Dartmoor, rail station and bus route and the shops and restaurants are. 

The location turned out to be particularly good and unbeatable. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Newton Road bus stop. I had a savoury and delicious breakfast with prunes and black pudding.

Fairly clean place with accommodating and welcoming staff and lovely view over garden. Ideal marvellous location, enough to explore all the area has to offer. Also - near to public transport, the seafront, and both
